I really loved last year's spot. It had a few really good things going for it and I'd really like to be in about the same spot. It was equal distance from two potties, one down 4:00 toward the esplanade and the other a single block over at 4:30. Since the only thing upwind of us was the outer road and walk in, there was very little dust in the wind. It also made Exodeus a little easier because we were already on the outer ring and didn't have to move through the city.

There are more roads this year, which means more dust. I think the farther we move in toward the center at 4:00 the more dust we will have to deal with as it gets kicked up by the roads and camps upwind of us. I'd really like to shoot for roughly the same spot this year if we could.

Another thread makes it look like Caz is not getting in early. I am planning on being there sometime between 8:00pm - 11:59pm on Saturday and would be happy to do this year's land grab again.
